- My duties have included installing the different systems, design and hand detailing for installation, troubleshooting, overseeing projects from start to completion and making sure product and procedure have been followed per specs, estimating, and preparing submittals for approval.
- Leadership role for the past 12 years from being a foreman of a 4 man crew to being a general foreman of a 40 man crew with also being a prime mechanical subcontract having several subs to be responsible for.
- I have been responsible for the profitable completion of many spec and custom homes as well as small commercial up to $16 million dollar contracts.
